MEET THE TEAM

Operations Manager - Caia Noble

Q1. Where did you grow up and what’s one of your fondest memories

I grew up in the Northern Rivers between the hills of Dunnon and Bangalow. One of my fondest memories is being 3 years old and dinning out eating octopus salad. 

Q2. Previous career/employment (industry and if you’ve studied)

I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 17 years. In many different areas, from restaurant management, flight attendant, working in private resorts on secluded islands and catering and event management which I have been in for the past 6 years. I also have a diploma in Event Management. 

Q3. Current role at Eatdrink in a paragraph

I am the operations manager here at Eatdrink, I work out the all of the puzzle pieces that are involved in running an offsite catering company. All of your logistics, staffing and hire, for the special day - be it a dinner party for 4 or a corporate event for 200.

Feasting style menus and can’t go past our chefs leg of lamb greek style; lemon, garlic & oregano rub, chickpea, mint & lemon salad, garlic yoghurt drizzle

New Zealand. My 7 year old Horror Party! I was Dracula

Q2. Previous career/employment (industry and if you’ve studied);

Restaurant management and consultation, Food Stylist and recipe tester for Murdoch Books

Q3. Current role at Eatdrink in a paragraph;

I am Eatdrink; Maestro - I stand at the front of the team waving my hands at them, but it’s our fantastic Kitchen and Office team who actually create the magic. Other than waving, my main role is too write and design the menus & recipes, and to ensure the team have all the support and resources to continue making fantastic events.
