“I was a young  trainee at the Regent Hotel when the Mexican novel  'Like Water for Chocolate' made it to cinema. I was captivated – the concept that passion, soul, feeling, was cooked into a feast, and that the meal itself could become part of a love story.

Nearly 20 years later and  'Like Water for Chocolate' is the special ingredient in my own food philosophy.  It has grown into a full appreciation of the great part a meal plays in celebration. It has grown further to encompass a real appreciation for the beautiful quality produce we source and prepare for you here in Byron”.
