Simons’ extensive hospitality background grew from managing fine dining restaurants and upmarket bars, into catering for exclusive private functions and the corporate boardrooms of Sydney: his formula for success is not just about the quality of the food, but also a recognition for excellent service and a keen sense for creating & maintaining the ambience.
The EatDrink team prides itself in serving generous, innovative & flavoursome menus, which have been beautifully styled & presented in line with the theme of your day. Menus are also specifically tailored to the style of event, whether it be your wedding, a special birthday party, or corporate function.
For those bespoke menus we love to design, recipes are often a collaboration of the best ideas from the chefs at our discussion table.
Waitstaff are fully versed with the menu, & welcome the opportunity to explain each dish they serve to your guests… and they not only ensure every guest is attended to, but that those little extras like bathrooms & candles are checked on as well.
The EatDrink team now brings the taste of Byron to the Gold Coast as well, with our kitchen only half an hour away from south east queensland.
