Food stations are an elegant and exciting way for guests to sample a variety of menu items cooked to their liking. Each station is dedicated to a cuisine, manned by 1-2 chefs who will talk your guest through each dish & individually prepare them. Perfectly suited as a finale to cocktail events.

Evoke the best of a Singapore night market, the spectacle of fresh ingredients tossed to order over an open flame. Try a spicy hokkien noodle with marinated beef & oyster mushrooms… then a silky egg noodle with wombok, snowpea's, & local prawns, whatever takes your fancy.
