A drive by encounter became Cassie’s dream spot for her wedding day.   While taking a drive in the hills just on the back side of Byron overlooking Tallows Beach, something caught Cassie’s eye, and after a small amount of effort she locked in the location for her big day.  She must have ordered the weather on the same day because you couldn’t have asked for a better arrangement of sunshine and clear skies.

The wide open space on top of the cliff faced hill overlooking the ocean laid out a sprawling arrangement for the day.  The ceremony which was set against a little grove of trees filled with lanterns which lit up amazingly when the sun went down.  The open lawn was set with umbrellas and little tables for people to gather around during the Mezze and Canapes where they could enjoy a homemade old fashioned lemonade from one of our lemonade decanters.  The marquee set up a lounge like feel where the Tagine and Noodle Bar alongside the Gourmet BBQ gave everyone a taste of something they might like.

The best was certainly saved for last, as the mountainous Crockenbush was matched alongside a tower Mini Creme Brulees, and a generous spread of specialty cheeses and fruit with crackers and breads.

The whole event transitioned smoothly from one element to another which highlighted our ability to frame the day around the menu.
