For those of you considering having a high tea for your wedding day, we can recommend it! Deb & Stu knew exactly what they wanted, we just had to create the menu to match.
The ceremony was at the picture postcard perfect Ewingsdale Chapel. While the marriage was underway, we quietly set up a lemonade and champagne stand outside, along with our well appreciated antipasti grazing table.
Post ceremony and the guests soaked up sunshine and good vibes, before heading up the hill to Cooper Shoot’s Summerhouse, commanding perfect views across Byron Bay and the Shire.
Canapés mingled with the guests, before everyone sat down to speeches and High Tea. The settings looked perfect with cut crystal tumblers, cranberry glass flutes and vintage serving ware. Each guest was then presented with a vintage tiered plate of high tea classics.
Homemade french fries with salt & pepper calamari were served from our takeaway bar a little later – we knew the teenagers would love it, just as well we made extra for everyone else.
